Well I finally got round to seeing Pride and Prejudice (2005) and despite my earlier reservations, I enjoyed the movie very much. In our hallway hangs two plates made by Poole Pottery, England. Not surprisingly the picture is a cross-stitch one with an wise saying but the story behind the plates is the more interesting tale.

I had a surprise visit from YP and CHiQ on Friday. It sure was good to see them after all this time. Thanks so much for dropping in to chat and of course for bringing the delicious CHiQ Oreo Cheesecake along. It was much appreciated and enjoyed by all of us!
